Rates & Service Plan Options

Premium Service Plan includes the following:

  • Electronic billing submission – as submitted by Provider
  • Bill submission tracking and confirmation of receipt by insurance company
  • Monthly reports for billing activity
  • Primary and Secondary* insurance submission (for electronic claims only)
  • Receiving and reviewing EOB’s electronically with confirmation of payments / errors
  • Tracking and recording of payments received by insurance companies
  • Provider notification of claim nonpayment and action needed for resolution
  • Verification of Benefits and parameters of insurance for new patients
  • No charge for re-submission for errors on the part of Westside Billing.
  • Alerts for remaining sessions and assistance with reauthorizations

*Secondary insurance submission is a separate charge and is a reduced rate.

Includes all services in Premium Service Plan plus:                     

  • Full bookkeeping service to include recording of patient payments paid per service
  • Balances owed to Provider from patient – to include co-pay / deductible tracking
  • Reporting of payments to Provider from both insurance and patient
  • Mailing of Statement of Account to Patients monthly (separate charge of $5 applies)
  • Reporting for Tax Purposes

  • Generation of practice forms
