With 32+ years experience in the Finance industry my focus was delivering accurate and timely information while ensuring the customer service my clients had come to expect. With 17+ years in Accounts Payable and Human Resources and 15+ years in the Mental Health industry it is those same values that I strive to deliver to Providers today so they can concentrate on what matters most and that is quality patient care. As the customer service contact for Westside Billing I will ensure that your focus remains just that.
KENDRA BOLIVARBenefits Specialist & Claim Resolution Team
With 13 years experience dealing with the many facets of the insurance companies and benefit changes she is well versed in the different plans and ever changing insurance products and excels in communicating those benefits to our Providers for accurate claim collections. She is in the forefront of claim issues and resolutions and provides fast and complete resolutions.
KIM SMITHBiller & Claim Resolution Team
Kim comes to us with several years of experience billing for mental health claims and understands the many different requirements for accurate billing. She is also essential in claim corrections, retractions and appeals and assists on the Claim Resolution Team.
CHRISTINE HUARDContracting, Credentialing & Administration
Christine has over 45 years of experience with contracts and the credentialing requirements necessary for assisting our Providers to become empaneled with the many different insurance companies and has the contacts and follow through to have applications processed swiftly and accurately. She also handles all the necessary contracts and documentation between Westside and our Providers.
