I have been with Jennifer and her team at Westside Billing for over 15 years. For starters, I want to address the value of her service. Jennifer spent a year and a half battling a bureaucratic nightmare of an insurance company to obtain a check for $23,000, which I would never have recovered on my own, and that is just one example.

I have always struggled with paperwork due to my severe ADHD. Jennifer has always been so patient with me, always providing gentle and judgment-free reminders sprinkled with caring humor. I am not a normal therapist, and I go above and beyond because I believe in my mission. In private practice, it can often feel like a thankless job, and at times when I get down, I think about how Jennifer and her team have always been so supportive of me.
